Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Belezini! We want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

• Netherlands & Belgium: 2–4 business days
• Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders check our current promotions.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Belezini is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@belezini.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
