At Belezini, we want you to feel confident with every purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with hygiene liner intact. Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed.

Exchanges

We're happy to offer exchanges for a different size or style within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Please contact us at contact@belezini.com to initiate an exchange.

How to return

1. Email us at contact@belezini.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

EU Customers

In accordance with EU consumer law, EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.
